Jillian Lietzau graduated from Adams State College with a B.A. in Theatre. Since then she has been involved in a number of productions and even co-owned a theatre production company for a couple of years. For the last nine years Jillian has worked with the Denver Lutheran High School theatre department; producing, directing and providing stage combat choreography for many of their plays. Brigadoon, Romeo & Juliet, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), Godspell, and The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon just to name a few.
Jillian has studied stage combat for the last 4 years and is a member of the Society of American Fight Directors. She has taken classes and workshops from Fight Directors from around the country. Jillian is proficient in Rapier & Dagger, Broadsword, Single Sword, Quarterstaff, Sword & Shield, Unarmed and Knife. She has also taken classes here at DFC in foil fencing. |
